I wasn't ready for this!
Staying here for three nights was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, and the staff were cute, especially Mr Karim, who went the extra mile to assist us. Its location made exploring easy, being just a short walk from key attractions and the public transport lines. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, too!

Fabulous and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were attentive, and it had excellent location to the old train station. The breakfasts were savoury and fresh with salads and many delicacies and good service. Location: the venue was close to Tel Aviv, the Israel Museum and clean restaurant.

Great place to attend conference and not far from the shopping center, but need a car or taxi to the city center. 30 Shekels don't pay more!
The garden is dilapidated compared to their neighboring hotel. Room service could be better. No free WiFi

I was also disappointed to find that the advertised amenities, including the pool and exercise room, were unavailable. On top of that, there were no parking options and the breakfast was subpar, lacking the expected variety.

The hotel lobby and rooms are well-maintained. Some of the furniture is a bit dated. It's only a few blocks from the Jerusalem Central Bus Station.
The hotel has a cockroach infestation. The first morning we noticed a cockroach on the fire detector in the dining room. A few minutes later another cockroach climbed up my leg. Needless to say, that was the end of our breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious. The large en-suite offered a nice touch. Breakfast, while decent, could use more variety. While the staff were mostly polite, service at times felt rushed or uninformed, especially during busy hours. I appreciated the convenient location, right on the tram line, made venturing into downtown Jerusalem easy.

- good location (close to the central bus station, walking distance to Knesset and museum of Israel, direct tram to old city takes 15 minutes) - nice and clean room - has a pool (included into the price) - good breakfast - good staff
- the pool doesn't have any signs in English (only Hebrew), so it was hard to find a changing room or a shower, but the pool is big enough and works till 10pm, so it was very relaxing after busy day. - double bed looks like one stage and two small one-person size matrasses near each other, and two blankets. So you feel like you're sleeping on two different beds. Everything else was good.

The hotel has a good location near the bus station at the entrance of Jerusalem and on the new tram route. It is a 'no frills' hotel but pleasant and good value for money, with good grounds and a pool.

Breakfast was very good
I booked on-line and yet, when I called from Israel to confirm my booking, they claimed that they never heard about it. Still, as there were vacancies, they allowed us (after a very long debate and begging on the phone) to show up. The stay was ok but when we tried to check out, they presented us with a bill that was totally different from the one that we got from the Internet (Booked.net). Again, a long and heated debate ensued. Finally, after we told them that they have to respect the booking that we made on-line (we had a printout of it with us), they agreed to have us pay the original amount. I explained to them that all of this was unacceptable. They have to check their relationship with Booked.net, they have to improve it and they have to respect it.

great family experience but expect some noise
The family room was spacious enough for my wife and two kids, great to relax comfortably. The location was a major plus, right on the tram line for easy access to attractions. The city view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.
